A seasoned CHICKS volunteer, Hayley has been on nine breaks since 2011! This is Hayley’s first Christmas and she decided to volunteer because: “A break at CHICKS can define Christmas as a happy time for these children, making memories that they will remember for years to come. I feel that my own personal Christmas will be made extra special this year by making sure that these children have a Christmas they will never forget.”
Hayley’s favourite CHICKS memory was when she taught a girl to swim. The girl previously had been really nervous of the water, but by the end of their swimming session she was confident enough to enter the deep end!
Hayley is one of the amazing team of 12 volunteers helping out this Christmas!
