Breeze Corporate Finance has named UK children’s charity Go Beyond as the company’s charity of the year for 2023.

Nottingham-based corporate finance boutique, Breeze, has already kickstarted the company’s year-long fundraising effort for Go Beyond by committing to walk the 33 mile length of the Grantham Canal in a day.

Go Beyond is a national charity offering breaks to children facing serious challenges in their lives from centres in Cornwall and Derbyshire.
The charity was chosen by Breeze following the company’s attendance at a webinar hosted by the Go Beyond team including the charity’s CEO, Michele Farmer.

Paul Bevan, Breeze MD, said: “What a life changing difference the Go Beyond team are making for children and young people.

“The team’s sheer positivity and purpose is so inspiring. We are absolutely delighted, indeed humbled, to be getting involved. We are totally committed to helping the team change even more young lives.”

Vanessa Fairfax-Woods, Go Beyond’s Business Development Manager, added: “We are delighted to have been chosen as Breeze Corporate Finance’s charity of the year for 2023 and look forward to engaging with their clients and helping raise much-needed funds.

“Thanks to Breeze, children and young people who have been bereaved, abused or bullied, who are living in poverty or caring for loved ones have the chance to escape their worries and pressures. To have the moments and experiences they need to believe in themselves and think beyond the day-to-day for a bigger, brighter future.”

Every one of Go Beyond’s breaks is provided free of charge thanks to the generosity of supporters such as Breeze.
