1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of ‘The Welly Stomp Feather Down Farms 2024 Giveaway’ (the “Prize Promotion”) being run by Go Beyond Charity, registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 03985540 and registered charity in England & Wales 1080953, whose registered office is 2 Conduit Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 2XB, on Go Beyond’s website and social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions (“Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions”), which can be found at: https://www.gobeyond.org.uk/competition-and-prize-draw-terms-and-conditions/
3. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
c) at least 18 years old; and
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you need to have either followed Go Beyond on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram, liked and tagged the post relating to the Prize Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram and tagged a friend in the comments and/or have completed the website page form “Sign me up for The Great British Welly Stomp”.
5. The Prize Promotion will commence on 14.03.2024 at 08:00 and end on 27.03.2024 at 00:00.
7. The “Prize” is 1 x 3-night stay to take place during 2024 season (29th March – 31st October 2024) at any of 25 UK Feather Down Farms, excluding dates between 19th July – 1st September 2024. 1 canvas hideaway included which sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child. Subject to availability, some farms may have different season dates. No cash value or alternative prize. Any additional extras such as hot tubs or extra packages will be at the cost of the prize winner or guest.
8. If you are a winner of this Prize Promotion (“Winner”), you will be emailed within a week of the competition closing (05/05/23) and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within three weeks, Go Beyond Charity reserves the right to select a different Winner.
9. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
10. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms and Conditions.
11. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
