A team from NL Fitness in Tavistock completed the incredibly tough Rock Solid Race 10k course in Exeter on Saturday 19th March.
17 brave team members battled through A LOT of mud, very cold water and 10km worth of obstacles to become 2016 Rock Solid Finishers! This was followed by a celebratory evening at The Bedford Hotel to mark the 1 Year Anniversary of NLFitness.
