Wake up to fresh seaside air with a stay at our Coastal Centre, a former farm situated within the small hilltop village of Tywardreath, Cornwall, just a five minute walk to Par beach and three miles from both the traditional Cornish village of Fowey and The Eden Project. Stay in a newly renovated one double bed cottage or bring a large group to stay in the old farmhouse, sleeping up to 26 people or larger numbers in the camping field. The village of Tywardreath provides local facilities including a shop, butchers and public houses and is on a bus route. Par railway station is approximately 15 minutes walk away from the Centre.
Cottage
Our cosy, self-contained cottage can sleep up to four people with one double bedroom and a double sofa-bed, a small open plan kitchenette, dining and lounge area. The cottage has a bathroom housing a shower and toilet and within the small kitchen area is a kettle, microwave and fridge. Pets are allowed making it the perfect spot for you and your four legged friend to explore the beautiful Cornish coastline. Though we politely ask that dogs are kept on a lead while on-site.
Access
Coastal Cottage is situated down a drive approximately 1/4 mile form the main road. There is free parking next to the cottage.

Farmhouse
The large farmhouse with bunk-barn style accommodation, comfy common areas, indoor and outdoor catering facilities, and a range of activity barns, all sits within approximately six acres of grassland and sleeps up to 23 people within the farmhouse and cottages. The farmhouse’s six bedrooms accommodate up to 18 people in single beds/ bunk beds. The farmhouse also boasts five bathrooms (some en-suite, others shared) providing a total of seven showers, one separate WC, a newly-fitted kitchen, large dining area, quiet chill out room and large lounge area. Larger groups can also be accommodated camping within the farmhouse’s grounds.

Fire Pit
Ideal for enjoying a hot chocolate and toasting s’mores and marshmallows at the end of an exciting day.
BBQ area
Under cover. Coal BBQ available upon request (hirer responsible for purchasing coal and cleaning the BBQ after use)
Picnic Tables
Two separate areas for al fresco dining a short distance from the main house. Each accommodating up to 12-14 people.
Playing Field
Large playing field suitable for outdoor games with a football pitch.
Camping Area
Camping for up to 24 tents can be accommodated. The hirer would be responsible for ensuring hire of portable toilet and shower facilities for camping.
Car Park
Can accommodate up to eight vehicles. There is a smaller overflow car park area by the coastal cottage. Additional car parking can be arranged in the field. The car parking area is suitable for small mini buses.
Barns
Three barns with space for creative projects, a selection of games tables, covered play areas and sunken trampolines can also be hired subject to your needs and further discussion. Please note, it is a condition of hire that any activities in this area using the trampolines must be fully supervised and the hirer must hold £5 million public liability insurance.

Costs
Please email bookings@gobeyond.org.uk to discuss rates and bespoke arrangements. A deposit and additional cleaning charge may be required.
As a charity, all income generated from the hire of our centres will directly support the essential maintenance and upkeep of Go Beyond to continue support to young people attending breaks.
Additional services
Additional services including children’s activities and supervision, catering and housekeeping can be provided during your week. Examples of available activities include archery, bushcraft and fire-lighting skills, orienteering, team games for a range of ages, and a water slip’n’slide. We will be happy to discuss your bespoke requirements with you.
