#12VolunteersOfChristmas: Meet James
Volunteering on this year’s Christmas break will be extra special for James! Earlier this year, he set himself the challenge of running 100 miles at various events, and he specifically raised money for the children’s Christmas presents: “It will be a dream to see the children’s faces opening their presents!”
This will be James’ fourth CHICKS break. His favourite memory is spending his birthday at CHICKS, and being able to celebrate it with the “inspiring” children –and lots of cake of course!
James is one of the 12 volunteers giving up Christmas with their own family to make it really special for the children.
