About the Challenge
Enjoy the great outdoors alongside over 3,000 adventurers for an unforgettable experience in the Thames Path Challenge, taking place on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September. The 100km route follows the Thames Towpath passing through some stunning settings including Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede and Windsor. You can take on the full 100km route or there are half and quarter route options which you can walk, jog or run at your own pace.
Choose from the eight route options to start putting the steps in for young people:
- 1st Quarter Challenge – 28km route from Fulham to Hurst Park on Saturday 11 September 2021

- 2nd Quarter Challenge – 22km route from Hurst Park to Runnymede on Saturday 11 September 2021
- 3rd Quarter Challenge – 28km route from Runnymede to Cookham on Sunday 12 September 2021
- 4th Quarter Challenge – 22km route from Cookham to Henley on Sunday 12 September 2021
- 1st Half Challenge – 50km route from Fulham to Runnymede on Saturday 11 September 2021
- 2nd Half Challenge – 50km route from Runnymede to Henley on Sunday 12 September 2021
- Full Continuous – The full 100km route from Fulham to Henley all in one go on Saturday 11 September 2021
- Full 2 Day Daylight – The full 100km route from Fulham to Henley split over the two days with an overnight stop in Runnymede

Pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we’ll cover the cost of your event place!
Full Challenge £15 fee and £595 sponsorship
Half Challenge £10 fee and £395 sponsorship

Pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we’ll pay the balance of your place cost!

Self Fund
Pay the full cost of the event place yourself, then fundraise whatever you want, with no set target or deadline. There’s no cost at all for us!

Sign up in just a few easy steps. Click here to go to the Ultra Challenge Thames Path Challenge sign up page. Select your payment option and route length. Enter your details and when asked, choose ‘Other Charity’ and ‘Go Beyond’ on the drop down menu of charities to support. Pay your fee and you’re in! Thank you!
